Please note that still photos are sold separately, and may be included in your video when you purchase a regular photo shoot in conjunction with your video shoot. All regular photo shoot info is available under the Packages & Pricing tab above.
Video Stand-up and/or Voice-Over – $100 add-on
Added voice-over track may include additional video work and editing. The Stand-up/Voice-over can be added to Custom Walk-Through Videos, Ultimate Videos, and Full Tour Videos. Not available for Basic Walk-Through Videos.
Basic Walk-Through – $300
A basic walk-through video includes the video shoot, editing, and is set to copyright-free music. **UNBRANDED ONLY**

Custom Walk-Through – Starts at $300 per hour
Incorporates aerial & ground-level stills, extensive interior video, plus video highlighting the best exterior features. Includes music, captions, and agent name. Perfect for luxury estates with impressive features. Actual price varies depending on home size. Aerial video not included. Please contact us for an accurate quote according to your requirements.
The Ultimate Video
Incorporates extensive aerial video, aerial stills, and ground-level video. Includes on-camera agent narrative, agent information, and logo. Perfect for luxurious estates & commercial properties. Regular pricing for video like this would be $600 to $750, depending on agent requirements, property size, acreage.
The Classic Exterior
Incorporates aerial video and exterior-only, ground-level video. Includes music, captions, agent information, and logo. Perfect for waterfront or country homes & estates with impressive grounds and views. Regular pricing for video like this would be $350 to $500, depending on home size and acreage.
The Full Tour
Incorporates aerial video, plus extensive interior and exterior video, with music, captions, agent information, and logo. Perfect for luxurious homes and estates with impressive grounds, interior features, and views. Regular pricing for video like this would be $500 to $700, depending on home size.
